Hello friends today here we are with a fasting snack recipe which is well known as kuttu flour pakora. Kuttu flour is very popular flour in India as it is used in many fasting recipes. The best thing about this kuttu ki pakodi is that you just require 5 ingredients to make it plus it is also a quick snack to make.

All the required ingredients to make this quick kuttu flour pakora are very simple and commonly available at grocery shops. You can serve this pakodas with palahari coriander pesto or coconut chutney and enjoy with your family and kids. Ingredients for Kuttu Flour Pakora:

Main Ingredients:

1 Cup Kuttu Flour.
1 Sliced Potato.

Other Spices/Ingredients:

Black Pepper.
Halite or Rock Salt according to taste.
Oil for deep frying.

Kuttu Flour Pakora Preparations:

  • Put salt and black pepper in kuttu flour and mix well then add little water and make nice batter from it.
  • Make sure that there should be no lumps left in mixture.
  • Consistency of batter should be dropping, keep the mixture aside for 5 minutes.
  • Now heat oil in a kadai, when oil gets heated take one potato slice dip in batter nicely then directly put in oil.
  • Fry at medium heat till become light brown, turn the pakoras so they can be cook nicely from every side.
  • Fry all the pakoras similarly, now take out the pakoras in a kitchen napkin then serve them hot and enjoy.
