This no fire recipe is really very simple and easy to make plus requires very less time to prepare is well. You can use this spices mix powder for making curries, snacks and other foods. You can store this no onion no garlic powder for few days or month if you store in an air tight container.

Ingredients for Gujju Powder Mix:

Main Ingredients:

1 tbsp Split Bengal Gram or Chana Dal.
1 tbsp Split Black Gram or Urad Dal.

Other Spices/Ingredients:

2 Inch Cinnamon Stick.
7-8 Green Cardamoms.
1 tbsp White Sesame Seeds.
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds.
1 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds.
7-8 Dry Red Chillies.
2 tbsp Dry Crushed Coconut.
½ tbsp Oil.

Gujju Powder Mix Preparations:

  • First heat a pan then fry coconut till become golden brown and keep aside.
  • Now roast sesame seeds well till get splutter then put oil in pan and roast remaining masala one by one.
  • Keep the masalas aside to cool then grind all the masalas to fine powder.
  • Store in a dry container, this masala is used in Bangalore style curries.
