For making this rotla you just need two ingredients one is millet flour and water as per needed. Today we’ll show you how to make bajra rotla in authentic gujarati style with pure gujarati taste. You can prepare this rotla for lunch or dinner and serve with any curries of your choice. In gujarat people also serve this rotla with ghee and jaggery in village areas. Ingredients for Bajra Rotla:

Main Ingredients:

100 gm Millet Flour.

Other Spices/Ingredients:

Water as per required. 

Bajra Rotla Preparations:

  • Take millet flour in a big bowl or utensil then add in water as per required.
  • Mix water and flour well and knead nice dough from it.
  • Now take some dough in hand and roll it with the help of palm and make round rotla.
  • Now cook the rotla both sides on tawa or mud vessel called tavdi.
